Service

Klubivo is a digital platform for sports clubs and teams. Available functionality may evolve while maintaining the overall purpose of the service.

Trial

Commercial plans may begin with a 30-day no-card trial, subject to the conditions shown during onboarding.

Plans and payment

Team, Club, Club+, Club Pro and Enterprise can be purchased as a single season payment or split into 12 committed monthly payments. The monthly option is not a freely cancellable month-to-month subscription. “€/month*” figures shown for season payment are a commercial equivalent calculated over 10 months; the actual charge is the stated season total.

Renewal and billing

Specific renewal, tax and billing conditions are shown before payment is confirmed. The platform may provide a billing portal for payment methods and invoices.

Responsible use

The club is responsible for permissions, inviting the correct users and using the platform in line with applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may introduce technical, security and product improvements. Where a change materially affects a contracted condition, notice will be provided when required.
