What exactly is Klubivo?+
Klubivo is the locker-room app: a platform for clubs, coaches and players that combines sporting direction, communication, follow-up, content and gamification in one place.
What can the sporting director see?+
A dedicated dashboard with teams, coaches, players, registered training sessions, recent activity, alerts, team summaries, onboarding and direct access to reports and exports.
Can coaches monitor RPE?+
Yes. Coaches can create training sessions and review the average and individual RPE responses for each session. Players answer from 1 to 10 and can add a comment.
How does attendance work?+
Inside events, players can answer Yes, Maybe or No. Staff sees centralised counts and individual responses.
What reports can be exported?+
Klubivo can export roster and RPE data as CSV, private VC history, a club summary, a printable/PDF team report and a technical JSON export.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Klubivo is a PWA: it works in the browser and can be installed on the home screen. Push notifications depend on device permissions and, on iPhone, require the PWA to be installed.
Is it only for basketball?+
No. The product is designed for sports teams and clubs. Basketball is our first focus market, but the modules adapt to other sports.
Which languages are available?+
The platform is available in Catalan, Spanish and English, and each user can choose their language.
How does the 30-day free trial work?+
You can create the club and try the selected plan for 30 days without a card. Then you can continue with a season payment or split the annual plan into 12 monthly payments.
Can I cancel the monthly payment every month?+
No. The monthly option splits the annual plan into 12 payments. Paying the season upfront has a lower total price.
